Freelance Logo, Flyer, and Website Design

When a mindset and energy coach came to me looking to launch his business, he needed more than just a logo; he needed a cohesive brand identity that accurately represented his vision and connected with his audience. I created his logo, flyer, and website.

The project began with a client meeting to discuss his goals and the emotions he wanted his clients to feel during their coaching sessions. These conversations directly informed every design decision that followed.

I started by selecting a color palette built around green and purple: purple to evoke a sense of power and transformation, and green to reflect a sense of grounding and peace. These colors carried through every deliverable. The logo features a neutral figure meditating beneath a crown of leaves, visually capturing the balance between regaining inner power and staying rooted. I then carried these same elements into a promotional flyer, outlining his services and featuring a QR code for easy session booking, and a fully built website on Squarespace, designed in Adobe Illustrator for the logo, Adobe InDesign for the flyer, and Squarespace for the site itself.

The website goes in depth on his services, background, and credentials, and was optimized with SEO best practices including meta descriptions, alt image text, and strategic keyword placement throughout.

Over the course of two months and regular client check-ins, open communication was everything. This project involved many back-and-forth conversations — actively listening, asking questions, and providing updates to ensure the work stayed aligned with his goals. When challenges arose, including a calendar feature issue and new services the client wanted to add mid-project, I researched solutions promptly and adapted the plan to make sure everything he needed was included before launch.

Process

Since launching his brand and website, the client has gained 10 new clients, establishing a consistent brand identity, clear service offerings, and an accessible online presence. The biggest takeaway from this project was that great client work starts with active listening. Asking the right questions, staying communicative, and putting the client first at every stage is what turns a vision into a brand.
